We recommend these MMA gloves for sparring workouts with sequences of strikes and grabs. They are specially designed for protecting your hands as well as your opponent (soft foam).The shape allows you to more easily slip past your opponent's defences and its self-locking (double foam) system helps keep you from hyper-extending your wrist.

CARE ADVICE
After use, place your mitts in a dry, ventilated place to help them dry faster, prevent unpleasant odours and extend the lifetime of the inner foam.Do not place near a heat source such as a radiator.
How to Choose a Size
To find the right size, measure the circumference of your hand and check the size table below:17.5 cm to 19.5 cm = XSMALL/ SMALL (XS/S)19.6 cm to 21.6 cm = MEDIUM/LARGE (M/L)21.7 cm to 23.7 cm = XLARGE/XXLARGE (XL/XXL)The gloves should not feel too tight or too loose when you put them on.
